Any thought, belief, voice, habit, pattern, or personality trait that you weren't born with - you picked up somewhere. It's not your wild nature. If you don't like it, you can drop it and discover what's true. That is freedom.
HOW TO MEDITATE IN ANY MOMENT OR ACTIVITY
Arrive in this moment. Awaken your senses. Open your inner vision. Reconnect with your free wild essence. Bring curiosity and aliveness to whatever you are doing and move from your true self rather than thoughts, emotions, habits or external pressures. See what you discover as you bring this lively freshness to whatever you are doing.
DISCOVER YOUR TRUE WILD NATURE GUIDED MEDITATION
It is vitally important to LISTEN & FOLLOW the whispers of your wild soul whether it tells you to stop and smell a flower or quit your job and move across the planet. It is this part of you that holds the keys to your personal growth journey, joy, fulfillment and life path. The insight, clarity or release you are needing to move you forward will be in whatever next step it urges you to follow no matter how small. The truth doesn't quit - you will have to listen sooner or later, so listen now: trust yourself and follow your soul's wisdom.

HOME-PLAY!
1. Practice meditating as often as you remember, in every moment and activity throughout the week.
2. Listen to one guided meditation (below) per day, while doing the activity if possible.
3. Repeat the weekly mantra as many times as possible throughout the day.
4. Journal Inquiries
- Practice listening to and acting on the true wisdom of your free, wild Nature.
- Observe what thoughts and habits stop you from living authentically.
- Notice what areas of your life you are here for and where you check out.
- Share your insights in the private facebook group!
2. Listen to one guided meditation (below) per day, while doing the activity if possible.
- Afterwards, incorporate it into your life -- remember to meditate whenever you are doing that activity.
3. Repeat the weekly mantra as many times as possible throughout the day.
- Smile and really allow the truth of it into your heart.
4. Journal Inquiries
- How often am I present for and open to my life?
- Where in my life am I coming from my Wild core? Where am I domesticated by conditioning?
- What could be possible if I began to meditate in the whole of my life?
- Is my inner world a nice place to hang out or a dangerous neighborhood?
- What am I learning about myself from the meditations? How are they changing the quality of my daily activities?
WEEKLY MANTRAS
Mantras are phrases you repeat within to help you stay in a state of meditation. For these "mantras" the key is:
- Apply them to a range of activities, experiences and objects in your life both "good" and "bad" i.e. I really want to be here for this sunset...and, I really want to be here for this traffic jam... because you want to be here for the WHOLE of your life!)
- After you say them, drop ALL concepts and dissolve into the sensory and direct experience of it. ie, waking up or hugging mom or laughing or brushing my teeth is like this... and feel it, be it, without words or ideas about it.
- Repeat the mantras throughout the day as often as possible. You can also right click to download these images and post them up somewhere you'll see them often as reminders.
